We’ve made a few fun memories this month with Brooke as she experiences things for the first time.
There was our first family swim at the Abbotsford Rec Centre

And the last first for this post – family trip to Stanley Park!
Moving Day. As a wife (and now a mother), I have in many ways been waiting for this day for over 4 years!
Don’t get me wrong, our time with Ryan and Joanna was awesome. We became great friends and have had a lot of fun together.
But it’s time. Time to find our own space – a permanent place that we can call home.
Moving Day was actually waaaaay better than I expected! While we waited for our professional movers to come, we actually had time to grab a coffee from Tim Horton’s and sit in the sun!

We even had time to all go out for Chinese Food after! (Apparently the Dragon Fort right near our house has the best Chinese Food in the Lower Mainland.)
And now we are in our new place!

Grateful to everyone, including God for His provision. It’s the start of a new chapter!
May 9th was Mother’s Day and we had an awesome celebration! Kent’s parents came from Kelowna, we had a gorgeous sunny day, and Brooke was dedicated at our church, Level Ground.

There were 5 baby girls dedicated!
Then we go ready to head to Delair Park…
Patty brought along her awesome barbecue
Bocce balls were thrown
Kites were flown
Trees were climbed
It was just a lot of fun.
All our playing really tuckered her out!
